| Environmental Aspect: |
Atmospheric emissions from a paper mill contains two major pollutants namely
particulate matter and malodorous gases. Particulate emissions such as fly ash, salt cake etc can be discharged
through a high, stack into the atmosphere. These pollutants have impact on health. Since the capacity is less than
100 MT/day this type of industry need initial Environment Examination which must be carried out before issuing
industrial license as per Industrial Enterprises Act, Department of Industry. |
